After clarity
The old pace returns.
Leaders often know what needs to change, but without a living rhythm, the urgent slowly swallows the important again.
Founding Cohort · Begins February 2027
The Leadership Circle is a six-month guided community of practice — for leaders who want rhythm, reflection, and honest accountability long after the breakthrough.
Why it exists
Many leaders receive insight from an assessment, retreat, coaching conversation, or intensive — then return to the same pace, pressure, and isolation. Leadership Circle exists for the space after the breakthrough: the ordinary months where rhythm either becomes a way of leading, or slowly disappears.
After clarity
Leaders often know what needs to change, but without a living rhythm, the urgent slowly swallows the important again.
After events
Deep moments are powerful, but leadership is practised in community, not only in private reflection.
After intention
The rhythms become sustainable when leaders have prompts, peers, and honest spaces to keep returning to what matters.
What the six months contain
The founding cohort runs February to July 2027 — one 90-minute online gathering each month. Four months work through the rhythms of the Leadership Heartbeat one at a time. The final two move from practice to application — holding the rhythms under real pressure, then carrying them to your own team.
Presence before performance. Building the morning and evening rhythm that lets you respond rather than react.
Gathering + 21-day practiceDesigning input and output. Protecting thinking and renewal instead of running at full speed every day.
Gathering + week-design templateThe 3R work — reflect, recalibrate, recommit. A guided pause that keeps strategy honest before burnout forces a correction.
Gathering + guided pauseBuilding toward true rest — and the delegation and trust that make it possible. The rhythm most leaders most need, and most neglect.
Gathering + sabbath planningHolding all four rhythms together under real pressure. A peer-led month of honest accountability — what is holding, what is slipping, what needs support.
Peer-group intensiveTaking rhythm beyond yourself — to your team and the people you lead. The cohort closes by naming what continues.
Closing gathering + commitmentsWhat happens inside
Each month is shaped around practical leadership formation: a guided gathering, a focused practice, honest peer conversation, and structured recalibration — all returning to the four rhythms of the Leadership Heartbeat.
01
A guided 90-minute online gathering around the month's rhythm theme, with teaching, reflection, and honest conversation.
02
A simple practice or prompt for the month — not more noise, but a focused way to live one rhythm more intentionally.
03
Small-group conversations that ask better questions: What rhythm are you protecting? What are you neglecting? What is leadership costing you right now?
04
Structured pauses to review growth, name strain, renew focus, and carry learning into the next season.
Circle gatherings are led by the LFTH facilitation team — Silas Achu, Gamaliel Agbor, and Doris Ngum — so the rhythm of the community never depends on a single voice.
The monthly commitment
The Circle is designed to add rhythm, not load. The monthly commitment is small and predictable — the kind of ask a busy leader can protect.
90 min
A single guided online gathering each month, around the month's rhythm theme.
1
A small-group reflection with three or four other leaders walking the same months.
1
A focused prompt or practice — lived through the month, not added to a to-do list.
Altogether, roughly three to four hours of member time each month. Leaders commit more readily to a rhythm they can see the edges of.
The rhythm calendar
The Circle does not chase random topics. It keeps returning to the four rhythms that make leadership sustainable.
Presence before performance. Practising grounding, reflection, and response rather than constant reaction.
Output and input. Learning to protect thinking, renewal, and focused work in the weekly rhythm.
Recalibration and alignment. Pausing to review what is working, what is drifting, and what needs to shift.
Sustainability and continuity. Building patterns that protect rest, delegation, and long-term capacity.

Who it is for
Leadership Circle is especially suited to Vision Quest graduates and retreat alumni continuing the work — and to any leader who has met LFTH through the assessment, coaching, Team Health Assessments, resources, or books and wants an ongoing rhythm of formation.
Tell us a little about yourself and where you are as a leader. Founding seats are limited to twelve to fifteen members. If you are new to LFTH, we recommend starting with the Leadership Heartbeat Assessment.
