For organisations

Can your organisation sustain its purpose, people and performance over time?

The Organisational Sustainability Assessment gathers independent perspectives on how the organisation actually works—across priorities, workload, learning, shared responsibility and continuity.

What the assessment examines

Participants respond to 20 questions based on the past six months and established arrangements currently in place. Results are reported collectively and released only after the minimum participation threshold is met.

Priorities and Everyday DecisionsWhether people know what matters, who decides and how different parts of the organisation work together.
Workload, Pace and RecoveryWhether commitments, working hours and demanding periods are managed without routinely exhausting people.
Learning and Making ChangesWhether the organisation reviews progress, listens to feedback and follows through on what it learns.
Shared Responsibility and ContinuityWhether important work, knowledge and decisions can continue when key people are away or roles change.

Powered by the Leadership Heartbeat™. This is a collective reflection tool, not an individual performance assessment or a financial, legal or governance audit.

See what is sustaining your organisation—and what needs renewal.

LFTH can set up a protected campaign, collective report and a facilitated conversation at the depth that fits your organisation.
