What it is

A four-day leadership intensive. A small cohort. Deep work.

Vision Quest is the annual flagship leadership intensive of Lead from the Heart. Now in its 5th Edition, it gathers a small cohort of 15–20 executives, founders, and emerging leaders for four days of deep work — guided by the Leadership Heartbeat methodology, set against the coastal stillness of Limbe.

This is not a conference. It is a residential intensive: small group, structured facilitation, inner healing work, and the time and space most leaders never give themselves.

Being part of Vision Quest for the last four years, I've witnessed the building of the Leadership Heartbeat methodology — and the increasing depth and clarity that have come with it. Vision Quest is a small cohort experience. Places are limited by design, but the process is registration — intentional, personal, and relational. Many participants come with someone they know: a friend, spouse, colleague, team member, or leader they believe would benefit from the journey.

Tuition covers three nights of full-board accommodation at the retreat venue in Limbe, all programme materials, facilitation, and a post-Quest one-on-one session with Silas Achu.

Come on your own, or come with someone you trust. Some participants arrive as friends, couples, colleagues, or small teams. Others arrive alone and leave with new friendships and a community of leaders walking the same road.
