Why Vision Quest

You may not need more strategy first. You may need enough space to hear clearly.

Leadership rarely becomes unclear because leaders lack intelligence or commitment. It becomes unclear when pace, responsibility, and constant response leave no room to hear what is changing inside the leader or around the work.

Vision Quest creates that room. It is not a conference, an escape, or a motivational reset. It is a small residential leadership intensive for honest reflection, inner work, strategic discernment, and a rhythm you can carry home.

Vision Quest has a track record.

Vision Quest has run annually since its first edition. The 5th Edition in January 2027 builds on a track record of small-cohort, deep-work intensives. Past participants include executives, founders, pastors, and emerging leaders from across Cameroon and beyond.

Being part of Vision Quest for the last four years, I've witnessed the building of the Leadership Heartbeat methodology — and the increasing depth and clarity that have come with it. Investment & registration

Vision Quest is a small cohort experience. Places are limited by design, but the process is registration — intentional, personal, and relational. Many participants come with someone they know: a friend, spouse, colleague, team member, or leader they believe would benefit from the journey.

Tuition covers three nights of full-board accommodation at the retreat venue in Limbe, all programme materials, facilitation, and a post-Quest one-on-one session with Silas Achu.

Come on your own, or come with someone you trust. Some participants arrive as friends, couples, colleagues, or small teams. Others arrive alone and leave with new friendships and a community of leaders walking the same road.

Registration is open now. We review each registration thoughtfully so we can prepare well for the cohort and follow up where helpful. Early registration is encouraged.
