A future direction within Marriage & Whole-Life Leadership

Whole Leader Institute

A future programme Silas and Vivian Achu are shaping together for couples who want their marriage, home, individual callings and public leadership to grow as one life.

A future programme that is still being shaped.

Whole Leader Institute is the future meeting point between Vivian’s work with marriage, family, healing and personal growth, and Silas’s work with leadership, calling and sustainable impact.

The aim is to help couples grow as whole people, so that marriage, home, calling and public leadership are not treated as separate lives. The programme will become clearer as Vivian and Silas continue working together and learning from the couples they serve.

For now, the established public home of this work is the Marriage & Whole-Life Leadership practice area. Couples can already begin there through an assessment or a guided conversation.

One life. Two callings. A marriage strong enough to give room to both.

The programme is being shaped around the real questions couples face. There is no fixed timetable or announced cohort.

1

Marriage before public success

Building a relationship where both people can speak honestly, feel safe, make peace and share responsibility.

2

Growing as whole people

Paying attention to identity, healing, personal limits, faith and the inner life of each person carrying the work.

3

What you share and what belongs to each person

Understanding what you are called to do together, what belongs to each person and how both can grow.

4

Leadership that does not take over home

Building habits and limits that allow public responsibility to grow without marriage and family paying the price.

5

Work supported by a healthy life

Making room for calling, work, marriage, rest and renewal instead of allowing them to fight for what remains.

Helping both the leaders and the life they share to grow.

Whole Leader Institute grows from the different but connected work Silas and Vivian already do. Its future shape will become clearer as they continue serving couples together.
