Formation
Transformation Leadership Academy
A sustained formation journey for teachers and emerging leaders—not a one-off training event.
Learn about TLAPractice area
We help educators and schools form the people, practices and environments that allow leadership to take root and last.
Why this work exists
TLA began by forming student leaders. We saw young people change—and saw how difficult it was to sustain that change when the classrooms, relationships and routines around them remained the same. That lesson widened the work: form the adults, shape the environments, grow student agency and strengthen the school conditions that help renewal endure.
The transformation pathway
Strengthen identity, steadiness and the practices through which adults carry culture.
Turn values into relationships, routines and learning environments students experience every day.
Grow voice, responsibility, participation and the capacity to carry healthy culture.
Align leadership, structures and formative environments so progress can last.

Explore the CompanionFlagship formation journey
TLA combines intensive formation with a longer walk of practice, reflection and support. For teachers, it connects inner steadiness, culture-building, student leadership and rhythms that sustain the work beyond the bootcamp.
Built for continuity.
Teachers leave with a practical Classroom Culture Plan, then keep learning through application, evidence, review and accompaniment.
