Each quarter we go deep: on identity, rhythm, decision-making, and the inner life of the leader. Each month we check in: on what's changed, what's held, and what needs attention before the next quarter arrives. Between sessions, you have direct WhatsApp access — because leadership doesn't wait for the next scheduled call.

A half-day of deep, structured work each quarter. On calling, rhythm, inner patterns, and strategic clarity. This is the anchor session — everything else orbits it.

A focused 90-minute session each month. Progress against commitments, emerging challenges, and whatever the leader needs to name before it becomes a crisis.

Direct access to Silas between sessions. For the decision that can't wait, the question that needs a trusted voice, and the moments when the rhythm is breaking down.
