Where most leaders start

Two doorways do most of the work.
The rest support them.

Most leaders who work with us begin in one of two places — depending on whether they’re looking to change something in their own leadership, or something in their team.

You’re leading. You want a different rhythm.

Vision Quest

Our annual four-day intensive in Limbe. The most direct path into the methodology for an individual leader. Small cohort by design. Deep work on calling, rhythm, and the next chapter. Next edition: 28–31 January 2027.

Your team is producing, but the pace isn’t sustainable.

Corporate Retreats & Workshops

1–3 day customised engagements for executive teams ready to recover rhythm and rebuild culture. Delivered on-site or at a venue of your choice. The fastest way to move the rhythms from individual practice into team and organisational infrastructure.

Everything else — Executive Coaching, Author’s Heartbeat, the Leadership Circle, and the Whole Leader Institute — supports one of these two paths.

Different settings.
One leadership heartbeat.

Programmes are how you engage. Practice areas are the contexts they serve. Most engagements sit within one of these four.

Cross-practice capabilities

Services that work across contexts.

Some capabilities aren’t tied to one practice area — they travel with the work, wherever it happens.

Available as a custom engagement

Learning Experience Design & Facilitation

For organisations and partnerships with important content to deliver, but who need help turning it into a coherent, participatory, contextually grounded, and well-executed learning journey. For organisations, coalitions, education partners, faith communities, development programmes, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Every engagement is anchored in

The Leadership Heartbeat methodology.

Four rhythms — Daily Pulse, Weekly Wave, Quarterly Pivot, Annual Sabbath — run beneath every engagement we deliver. They are not add-ons. They are the architecture.
